The financial data about the bank card that you enter on the site are used exclusively by the secure payment processor Euplatesc.ro.

DARING TRASH Ltd takes seriously the security of your data and does not alienate it to third parties in any way, free of charge or against payment. We guarantee the maximum safekeeping of all your personal information that comes into our possession for the good functioning of your relationship with you.

According to Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as amended and supplemented, and Law No . 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector with modifications and additions, www.ioanaboros.com has the obligation to administer safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us about you, a member your family or another person.

The purpose of data collection is to communicate with you, send confirmation of orders, deliver your ordered products, under no circumstances will they be provided to a third party. The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is only communicated to the following recipients: the courier company and the www.ioanaboros.com site. This data does not exist physically on the servers running the www.ioanaboros.com site and they are accessible only by personnel of the Company through the internal network. Each user has the right to see only his or her personal data that he/she has entered. In the event of loss of information caused by “bugs” or software errors with which the www.ioanaboros.com website is designed and hosted, the Company assumes no responsibility.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, to interfere with the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to appeal to the court. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of the data. All pieces are 100% locally handcrafted in ROMANIA. We purchase our fabrics from suppliers which are located in Europe. For our Knitwear series, we collaborate with small ateliers that share our dedication to ethical production practices. All of our products are manufactured locally under good conditions. In order to maintain a truly ethical process, we produce minimum stocks and work on a made to order basis, thus reducing the waist and over-production.

As for the collectible series, each art toy is created in 3D and assembled by hand, giving every piece its own little personality! Because it’s handmade, you might notice tiny differences—these are completely normal and part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind. They’re simply little signs of the hands-on process and the care that goes into every single creation.

All artworks are professionally printed by the lovely team at Printoteca, using Hahnemühle William Turner 310gsm – a beautifully textured, 100% cotton fine art paper. The result is a rich, archival-quality print that feels as timeless as the art itself.

Prices & Creative Work

The prices of products are set at the moment they appear on the website and may be adjusted in the case of special discounts. All prices are displayed in RON and do not include VAT. The prices of products, services, delivery, and other fees shown on ioanaboros.com are regularly updated but may be changed without prior notice.

Each product you see on our website is the result of dedicated and passionate work. The work of a designer is not measured only by the materials used or the production time, but also by the hours of creation, experimentation, and passion invested to transform an idea into a tangible product. Our products are authentic, each piece being crafted with care and dedication to reflect the uniqueness of our vision. The price of these creations reflects not only the quality of materials but also the complexity of the creative process behind each item – every detail is thought out, experimented with, and made to offer more than just a product: an artistic and functional experience.

We always strive to provide the most accurate description of each product, so you can enjoy an authentic and transparent shopping experience.

By direct order from the site. To place an order on ioanaboros.com, we invite you to check out the offers on the site. When you find the product you want, select size, color and number of pieces and click the button at the bottom of page “Add to Cart“(shopping cart symbol).You can see all the products added to an order and when you finish shopping you have to click on the “View Cart” button, specify your delivery and billing information. To make an order, you will need to give us some mandatory information that must be true and real. This information is: delivery address, a correct phone number, and an e-mail address for receiving the order data. Once the order is complete, you agree to use your information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and to deliver the orders and information requested by you. Check the completed data at the end and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. All products displayed on the site have shown on their page the status of their availability. Those that are referred to as “Out of stock!” mean they are not available in stock.

• Online with bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa / Maestro / Mastercard). – If you have chosen the payment method “Online by bank card” it is necessary to fill in a form with the information about your card in the secure page of the payment processor.
  – Payments with credit / debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that ensure the same level of security for online transactions as made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.
  – “3-D Secure” ensures first of all that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store’s servers or on the payment processor’s servers, these data being directly entered into Visa systems. and MasterCard (only for Romania)

If you have any complaint about us email office@daringtrash.com giving full details including date of purchase and order and your full name and address and contact details. The Terms & Conditions together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the Romanian law and the relevant Courts of Romania will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We aim to provide you with full satisfaction in regards to your experience with our website and services. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can arrange to complimentary return and refund. Please notify us via email. You can return any item purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

The buyer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason and returns the products within 14 days from the delivery date or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract. The direct costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the buyer. IoanaBoros.com will return the equivalent orders within no more than 30 days from the date of written termination of the contract. Backfill and return conditions do NOT include shipping costs. To be eligible for product returns, they must be in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

CAREFUL!!! 

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:

• complete the online Return Form (download here) and send it to us within two (2) days after receiving the products;
• item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• item(s) must be returned the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (boxes) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
•  item(s)must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@daringtrash.com.

Note: 

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• Quitting purchase repeatedly can be considered an abuse. Depending on the customer’s behavior, we reserve the right to select the customer.

For products whose packages show visible damage to courier delivery, we recommend that you refuse to receive them.

Quality Check & Color Disclaimer
We put a lot of love and care into making sure each product is top-notch before it reaches you. Every item is carefully inspected for quality, and any issues or defects are checked thoroughly before shipment. That said, we know that every monitor is a little different, and while we try to capture the true colors of our products, there’s a small chance they may appear slightly different on your screen. So, we can’t promise that the color you see is a perfect match with the real thing. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns based on color differences or any defects caused by this. Production Time
Not all our items are ready to ship right away, as some are crafted just for you! It may take up to 7 working days for us to create and dispatch your order. The clock starts ticking once your order is all set, so keep an eye on your inbox for updates! 

Delays Beyond Our Control
We do everything we can to fulfill your order on time, but sometimes life throws curveballs. If something beyond our control happens (like supply shortages, production hiccups, strikes, or transport delays), we may not be able to stick to the promised timeline. But don’t worry – we’ll always keep you in the loop!
